As a Registered Nurse in Pediatric Rehabilitation, you will provide care to infants, children, adolescents and young adults arriving from multiple intensive care units that require rehab and caregiver education. An RN in this role is familiar with complex medical histories, innovative surgical procedures, pain modalities, and comprehensive nutritional support. Your primary duties will include:
Providing direct nursing care.
Monitoring, recording, and communicating patients' conditions as appropriate .
Preparing patient care plans.
Administering prescribed medications.
Performing bedside hand-off reports and thorough bedside daily rounds.
